IT On-Site Support

Onsite Supporter – Geneva

• Join Keyteo and support one of our major enterprise clients in Geneva, delivering high-quality IT services within a dynamic and multicultural environment.
• You will be employed by Keyteo and work directly onsite at the client’s location, acting as a key interface between end users and IT Services to ensure smooth daily operations and an excellent user experience.

Your Role

As an Onsite Supporter, you will play a central role in end-user support and IT service coordination across a large organization with over 3,500 users.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the interface between users and IT Services
• Manage IT equipment requests (new hires, replacements, upgrades)
• Handle telephony-related requests
• Coordinate office moves between IT Services and Corporate Services
• Manage hardware assets in QPS and inventory tools (e.g., ServiceNow)
• Prepare and configure workstations for new employees
• Organize offboarding processes and coordinate IT equipment recovery
• Manage IT consumables (collect needs, place orders, track deliveries, receive goods)
• Perform administrative IT tasks and ensure accurate documentation
• Ensure high service quality and user satisfaction in daily operations

Your Profile

Experience & Education

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in IT support within an enterprise environment
• Federal VET Diploma (CFC) in IT or equivalent professional qualification

Technical Skills (Mandatory)

• Strong general IT knowledge, especially Microsoft Windows environments
• Experience with inventory management tools (e.g., ServiceNow)
• Experience handling administrative IT tasks
• Ability to act as a reliable point of contact for end users
